In circumstances to comply with the law, to protect our rights, or for our own analytics with how users work with our product do we allow usage of your information. We may also collect payment information (credit card account information) if you choose to purchase products through Apple. Any payment information will also be treated as Personal Information.

Scope of License

By using our website and/or services, you have agreed to our terms of use. In exchange for your acceptance of this Agreement, you are authorized to use the website and provided services, but only for personal and non-commercial purposes unless such purposes are expressly granted in a new agreement between you and Learnable Planet. You cannot download, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any component of the website or services provided. If you do not agree to our terms of use, please discontinue use of our services and website immediately.

You may link to the home page of the Website as long as the link does not harm what our product and website is intending. Please let us know if you link to the Website by contacting us at info@learnableplanet.com.

You may not frame the content of the Informational Site, and/or use metatags, and/or any other “hidden text” that incorporates Learnable Planet images or our name without our written consent.

Modifications to Service

Learnable Planet reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, temporarily, or permanently discontinue Service or any part of it with or without any notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website.

Children

Learnable Planet and services provided are intended for the use of children over the age of 13 and adults 18 years or older. Children under the age of 13 may use the mobile app or website with permission from their parent or guardian.

Safety on Learnable Planet

Children's safety and their ability to use and enjoy our product is of utmost importance to all of us at Learnable Planet. Learnable Planet does not accumulate personal information about any child or family for distribution, sharing, or selling, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Note that anything you post to a Community Forum or our product may be public. If you choose to voluntarily disclose Personal Information on a Community Forum or FlashMe Cards, that information will be considered public information and the ability for us to maintain your privacy as per this Privacy Policy will not apply in this situation.

We may allow users to communicate and collaborate with each other, through services on our product, which allows members to share information using email. If you use our product and decide to share information with another, certain information about you may be disclosed in connection another user’s use of our Services. Learnable Planet will not be held responsible for information that users may receive from another user via share functions. Please be respectful and refrain from sending any material that may be inappropriate, offensive, or unnecessary to the recipient.

Certain visitors to Learnable Planets website choose to interact with Learnable Planet in ways that require Learnable Planet to gather personal or payment information. Educational Institutions: We may work with colleges, universities, scholarship providers and educational institutions ("Educational Institutions") to provide targeted recruiting and outreach to some of our members. We do not share your contact information (email address, full postal address or phone number) with these Educational Institutions without your consent, but we may send you information on their behalf. In addition, you may indicate that you would like to receive additional information from Educational Institutions or other third parties and we will then share your information with those parties so that they may contact you per your request. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties

When You Request That We Share Your Information: We may offer opportunities and features through Learnable Planet and it’s services that are brought to you by a third party or that otherwise involve sharing your information with a third party. If you request or agree at that time to have your information shared, your information will be disclosed to that third party (or parties) and will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of that third party.
3. Service Providers. We will share your Personal Information with third parties to provide services to us or you in connection with the Services, but subject to confidentiality obligations which limit their use and disclosure of such information. In the event that Learnable Planet goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process, your information, including Personal Information, will be among the assets transferred. Mobile Use

Push Notification: We will send you push notifications if you agree to receive them through our products to allow flash cards to test you based on your selection. You may opt-out of receiving these at any time by going to the phone settings and turning them off.

Consent to Transfer

Learnable Planet is operated in the Canada. If you are located outside of the Canada, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in North America. By using our service, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in Canada, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.

Changes to this Privacy Policy and Agreement

Learnable Planet may update this Privacy Policy at any time and any changes will be effective upon posting. In the event that there are material changes to the way we treat your Personal Information, we will display a notice through our services or email you prior to the change becoming effective.
